Job Description

  • Technical & user support for all sites
  • Implementing group’s IT policies and procedures
  • Maintaining IT & telecom related fixed assets.
  • Responsible for implementing new IT projects.
  • Maintaining of office access control and time attendance system
  • Implement Industrial IT , Digital & Business Application
  • Ensure the implementation of group HSEQ rules and adhere to company policies & systems

Context and environment

  • Due to strongly integrated system with head office, it’s critical for business that the infrastructure is up for maximum time, thus increasing pressure to solve any issues in a quick time.
  • The IT environment and policy are dynamic and require the ability to constantly adapt to those changes.
  • As the main infrastructure is hosted in France and Singapore (Primary Domain controller, SCCM, SAP, etc.). The job holder needs to have technical competencies and also the ability to communicate efficiently with distant support site (accuracy of information provided, local implementation of global Group solution)
  • Internal contact: IT support for all sites.
  • Strong background in Industrial IT

Candidate profile

  • Education: BSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 3 year’s experience in IT industrial field.
  • Knowledge and skills required :
  • Windows 2012 & 2008
  • Windows 7
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Managing Cisco switches and routers
  • Managing digital and IP telephony
  • Structured Cabling, network designing, Infrastructure management
  • Project and Vendor Management.
  • Education: BSc in Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 3 year’s experience in IT industrial field.
